         Aims
- To improve, strengthen and promote the needs of all communities living in North Benwell and surrounding areas with particular reference to Black Minority Ethnic Communities, while valuing their cultural diversity and recognising local circumstances.
- To offer services to all residents irrespective of religion, gender, sexuality, political persuasion, marital status, nationality, national origin, age or ability.
         Objectives
- To provide an opportunity for residents to raise issues of concern and take positive action.
- To develop effective links between organisations and other associations operating in the area, on matters of common concern.
- To support all residents in making representation to service providers and have equal access to their services.
- To be a focal point of contact in the West End of the City.
